During this week's scheduled chat on "Improving Meridion" it was
suggested that we could stimulate use of the system by allowing
more members to add new issues to the voting system. This was
a very easy change to make; now all Virians with reputations
greater than 6 will find a new link at the bottom of the vote
index to "Add New Issue". Please take care to get the wording
right and pick a suitable category before opening the vote to
others. Feel free to get advice via the mailing list or the
#virus channel. And have fun!
