Doc Sebby has it right this time - the ONLY thing that will rid fat from
any area is overall fat loss, which is mainly achieved through dietary
discipline. Lean meats and veggies should be 90% of your diet. When
you eat fat, don't eat it with carbs. That's the majority of it. Sweat
all you can. Build more muscle.
(I've rather learned how to get off on self-discipline...)
