[Joe] He did in Kuwait.
[Jake] good retort. However, I think in Kuwait, until he got chased out,
Saddam still had the illusion of being in control of his military assets,
where if he starts handing out nukes like a generous child with candy, there
can be no illusion of control at all. I am sure Saddam can remember more
enemies than two, assuming he has all of his fingers, and I bet one of those
fingers has "Osama Bin Laden and all of his people" written in bright ink.
Though probably less prominent than "Bush's family" on a more important digit
(like say a thumb), but there regardless. I am betting that he doesn't
forget his enemies any sooner than he will part with any one of his fingers.
It's probably a skill that many treacherous fools learn just a little sooner
than pancritical rationalism, or even "memetics" for that matter.
