....ok, that's pretty selfish right there. youre saying that you respect
only that which you can understand or empathize with. only things utilizing
the same chemical signals for bodily damage? anything vastly different from
YOUR own personal experiential realm doesnt mean shit to you - say the agony
a plant might 'feel' at slowly dehydrating then being cooked semi-alive.
besides, killing something doesnt usually cause it pain...injuring it or
torturing it does.
[Z] Since I have evolved with cows/sheep/rabbits etc. from the same animal
ancestor (way long ago, to be true) I assume those chemicals serve the same
function in their brain as in ours. And I don't like pain - I try to avoid
it whenever possible, in myself or in others, be they human or cow.
...um first of all...if you keep tracing life back far enough, your
ancestors ARE plants! secondly, cows dont feel "pain" to anywhere near the
degree you or i do - so while youre busy emoting and personifying the
relatively nerve numb cow with your immensely complex nervous system, try
not to let yourself get too blinded by your imagined kindness such that you
forever fail to see to the great degree to which you are lying to yourself
and those to whom you offer these 'ethical' practises of yours. like i
said...you and i cause roughly the same amount of death in exchange for our
lives - you just dont acknowledge it or respect it. you pretend it doesnt
happen.

you and your every move....because you liken "import" to how closely a
creature resembles YOU. how do you rank different creatures anyways? i'd
love to know. which is more important? size or intellect? is there a
preference in brotherhood for placental mammals vs. marsupial? for
example....which would you say is more important; a tasmanian wolf(if still
around), a dormouse, or a sea otter? please rank them for me....you
obviously do with other creatures.
[Z] You can be humane and kind, if you wish, by eating less or no meat.
This reduces the numbers of animals grown for food and animal slaughters,
which is probably very kind to them.
....is it? all the animals raised wouldnt then get to live at all! if
youre born in a farm, live in a farm and die in a farm, do you know the
difference? there are more pleasant ways to raise animals for slaughter but
really now...if youre so eager to be humane and kind by implementing your
philosophy then the only way to do so and NOT be full of shite would be to
kill yourself. instead of doing this, why dont you just forgive yourself -
it wasnt your fault you were born at the top. but if it makes you happy,
i'll put a word in with the squid and see if we cant arrange for you to be a
french rabbit next time around. lots of sex and they kill you pretty damned
instantly.

one or two steps down the chain of events? do you REALLY think that not
eating meat elevates you to some animal robin hood? why do you care so much
about a steak i eat....it's just a small fraction of the total cow...why
dont you cry for all the bacteria im ingesting as well? or freezing to
death? fucking hell man, if you arent a hypocrite, i dont know what one is.
youre basically out to make yourself feel better..you dont really give a
shit about any animal...you just want to fool yourself into thinking youre
hands arent bloody and your some sort of saint. youre not, and no one can
be and stay alive - so the choice is will you be like a silly child and keep
pretending or will you recognize the beautiful truth which is very much
different than what we learn with cutesy tv shows and dumb kid books.

p.s. live the life of a vegan perfectly and you'll actually start to lose
your mind after about 2 yrs or so....there is a specific amino acid which
can ONLY be found in animal proteins that our omnivore brain design
absolutely NEEDS to function. personally im looking out for the zillions of
bacteria living in my digestive system that depend on ME for sustanance!
