I must reconsider my previous post about the delete button in the light of
what I now discover (fools rush in) of the CoV's previous experience.
A suggestion. The Internet Chess Club has a system of "disruptor points"
which when accumulated to the point of critical mass, results in the
cancellation of that users account. The slate is wiped clean at the end of a
calendar year.
