Xipirho, I didnt mean it like that. I meant that I didnt follow the thread
at all, and whilst I was aware of the flaming cos there was pinging going on
everywhere, I didnt really get into who said what when and why, and in fact
it all kind of passed over my head like a cloud, as I was in a bit of a
hippy daze. So good guys, bad guys whatever, it was a figure of speech.
In any case, I am watching the topic of booting and the definition of rules
with interest. Perhaps we should have denominational churches of virus for
different memesetsn such as:
Methodist Virians.........slightly off the point. Not very interesting
people.
Baptist Virians...........very loud not very cultured and probably live in a
caravan park.
The Anglican Virians.....British culture at its best...only get involved
when someone mentions rioting!
Catholic Virians.........Nobody takes them seriously, and unlikely ever to
be invited to any other virians house.
The Walterian movement...Occasional glib comments, but thoroughly absorbing
subject matter.
The Yashians.............Regularly denounced by everyone else, but might
have a point. cf the moonies.
Hermetic Virians.........A bit like the evangelists, but without the
guitars.
I think we would all get along so much better, with the occasional lapse of
reason turning into street battles in County Antrim.
p.s Dont mind me ranbling incoherantly, im single again after 3 long

People should be booted for personal attacks and stuff like that. Booting
people for holding to an idea that may SEEM irrational to SOME people is not
wise. The point is, they could in fact be RIGHT about whatever the subject
is and you are following of the footsteps of so many people throughout
history, and exiling them/persecuting them. Dylan, there are no bad or good
guys here - just opposing sides in a ridiculous war of personal insults that
is now wholly detatched from the original subject of the discussion.
